This is a great book for those that are trapped into running marathon after marathon, with no signs of slowing down. This book will go through the steps to go in a new direction and become a different you. Obviously, if you love running marathons, then this is not the book for you. But, if you are running marathons because you feel you have to and don’t know how to quit, then by all means, read this book. The author feels that the peak of running marathons has been reached and it is time for something new. This books helps you renew yourself.
